Configures what the tag broadcasts (TX power, interval, iBeacon/Eddystone). This is a separate Bluetooth connection from the firmware update above — on connect, every setting is read from the device.

Careful with "BLE enabled": switching it off may make the beacon unreachable for future config sessions until it is reset.
3 · Beacon payloads
Apply writes every setting from sections 2 and 3 to the beacon and saves them, then reads everything back. Empty fields are left unchanged on the device.
